About the Role
Salary: USD 1,000 per month
We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Operations Specialist, who will play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our Partners and Customers. Your responsibilities include:
A. Client Relations:
- For our Customer: Act as a dedicated service specialist, managing borrower relations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience through effective communication and top-tier customer service.
- For our Partners: Provide comprehensive support, from operational guidance to technical assistance, enhancing partners' understanding and execution of our lending operations.
B. Product Operations
You will handle the borrowers’ applications, which will include:
- Application Processing: Review customer information during application, communicate for additional details, and prepare preliminary evaluations for the Underwriting team.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and thorough data entry and maintenance in our systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain precise reports on our product and customer status, repayments, and other key metrics as requested by our management.
- Process Enhancement: Innovate and optimise processes for improved efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating and using new software tools. Training will be provided upon joining the company.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and application processing. Willing to work with a large volume of paperwork and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both client-facing and internal interactions.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency and organisation.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach to work, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- The candidate must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
