Lead the implementation of the PM-Pro precious metals management software at the Brewster, NY plant.
Identify integration points, touch points, and hooks within SAP to ensure effective integration of PM-Pro.
Collaborate closely with the finance and SAP applications teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of systems.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials to facilitate user adoption of PM-Pro and its integration with SAP.
Assist in disaster planning and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Provide expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing PM-Pro to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Travel to the Brewster, NY plant as needed to meet with the team, provide training, and document processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in implementing and integrating SAP solutions, particularly with a focus on precious metals management (EPM Pro or equivalent).
In-depth understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, especially within finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementation and integration projects.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Detail-oriented approach to documentation and disaster recovery planning.
Willingness to travel to Brewster, NY as needed for in-person collaboration and training.
