Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Research and Insights team. As a Market Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting link testing, chart population, deck proofing, open end coding, data cleaning, tab checking, and such tasks to support our research initiatives. You will work closely with our senior researchers and project managers to ensure the accuracy and quality of our deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Link Testing:
Conduct thorough testing of hyperlinks within research materials, ensuring they are functional, accurate, and align with project requirements.
Document and report any issues or inconsistencies found during link testing, providing clear and concise feedback to the research team.
Chart Population:
Assist in the population of charts and graphs with relevant data, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
Collaborate with the research team to understand the data requirements and ensure proper visualization of information.
Deck Proofing:
Review and proofread research decks, reports, and presentations to identify and correct any grammatical, typographical, or formatting errors.
Verify that all content aligns with the provided guidelines, and make suggestions for enhancing visual aesthetics and clarity of information.
Data Analysis Support:
Provide assistance in data analysis tasks, such as data cleaning, organizing, and basic statistical analysis under the guidance of senior researchers.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of research databases and repositories.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with the research team to establish quality standards and ensure the accuracy and consistency of research deliverables.
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Market Research, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
Proficient in data entry, charting, and proofreading.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Prior experience in customer research/ market research.
