Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the campaign operations and handling different channels.
• Proficient in utilizing Clevertap software and various channels for campaign execution.
• Possess a strong understanding of candidate-side engagement strategies.
• Well-versed in utilizing WhatsApp as a communication channel for marketing purposes.
• Demonstrates a collaborative and teamwork-oriented approach.
• Holds a moderate level of knowledge in content creation and mixpanel analytics.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume email, push notification, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing environment.
• Ensures overall tracking of campaigns and daily growth metrics.
• Executes, monitors, analyzes, and ensures the successful completion of all campaigns and candidate journeys.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, content, acquisition, product, and tech, to implement experiential campaigns.

• Utilizes analytical skills to dissect user campaigns, identify actionable insights, and provide recommendations.
• Proficient in conducting A/B testing to enhance traffic and funnel performance, resulting in immediate positive impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs).
