Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute designs that align with our client’s visions, incorporating pools, landscaping, lighting, and exterior enhancements.
• Participate in creating construction drawings, material selections, and site reviews.
• Utilize your technical expertise to prepare conceptual, schematic, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs meet municipality and HOA requirements, performing due diligence as needed.
• Conduct site visits, producing accurate reports and photographic documentation.
• Thrive in solo and team settings, demonstrating enthusiasm, solid communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, focusing on high-end residential projects (experience in pool landscape design is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pool Studio, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit. Experience with Pool Studio is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
