Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute designs that align with our client’s visions, incorporating pools, landscaping, lighting, and exterior enhancements.
- Participate in creating construction drawings, material selections, and site reviews.
- Utilize your technical expertise to prepare conceptual, schematic, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs meet municipality and HOA requirements, performing due diligence as needed.
- Conduct site visits, producing accurate reports and photographic documentation.
- Thrive in solo and team settings, demonstrating enthusiasm, solid communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, focusing on high-end residential projects (experience in pool landscape design is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pool Studio, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit. Experience with Pool Studio is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
