The question is — are you?<br><br></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>Your mission will be to craft and implement a forward-thinking global HR strategy, drive impactful initiatives, and align them seamlessly with business objectives.<br>As our Global HR Lead at Centiro, you will be responsible for leading and working closely together with the HR team on a global scale. You will work with our culture, people & leadership - taking us to the next level. </p><p>With a strong understanding of global HR dynamics, you will ensure compliance with international labor laws, manage diverse teams, and encourage global collaboration. You will address complex challenges and stay updated with best practices and emerging HR trends.</p><p>In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, where a big part of your work will focus on coaching and supporting leaders and colleagues. You will craft development programs and workshops, empowering our people in different roles to succeed within the organization. You naturally inspire and engage others, spreading the message with confidence. </p><p><strong><br>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, empower, and develop leaders and teams. You are a natural facilitator and thrive in conducting workshops. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience fostering inclusive and innovative workplace culture.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational vision, mission and objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in integrating data into daily operations to support decision-making and drive results.</li></ul><ul><li>7+ years leading HR functions. Experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.</li></ul><ul><li>Curious, self-driven and great at networking.
