We are looking for a customer-oriented collaborator to provide a single contact point to the Customer within Vivo Energy where "One Call Does It All", for any business call nature (orders, card request, maintenance, complaints, quotation request, telemarketing).
Principal accountabilities:
The CSC Representative will:
- Manage order requests at every stage (from insertion to invoiced deliveries) to meet customers' requirements and internal service level agreement
- Work within a busy team environment and efficiently use available systems and tools to keep customers' data up to date (Logging calls and issues / customer address book)
- Manage tickets and calls assigned to self by proactively chase the Most Appropriate Service Provider for any requests or claims, in an excellent timely manner. Maintain a high-level of customer service excellence through constant communication and feedback with the customer from ticket/call opening to closing when customer is satisfied
- Ability to act as a Key Account back up (for a specified area or customers channels) when required to ensure business continuity
- Ensure that procedures are applied regarding orders and requests to support the business (invoice dispatch, master data compliance, GRM records, quotation)
- Carry out market research/intelligence and contribute to the business growth through telemarketing prospect and cross selling
Requirements
- Master degrees in Business Administration / international trade / Marketing
- At least 2 years Experiences in customer relationship / services or sales
- Ability to work in a team and do multi-tasks
- Strong sense of time management and organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and report skills
- Good command of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
- Attention to details and good listening skills
