We are seeking a proven Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow our customer base in the Enterprise segment. As an experienced and dynamic Enterprise software solutions expert, you will be responsible for selling XOi Technologies' full solution set to C-level executives and leveraging your sharp business insight and experience to present custom solutions to prospective customers. You will have extensive resources available to you, including pre-sales and marketing services, allowing you to provide clients with comprehensive custom-fit solutions.
This role incorporates named accounts and a large North American territory. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record of direct software sales experience at the Enterprise/Strategic level. It will suit someone who is not new to growth startups and is hungry for new business success built on driving successful outcomes. XOi has successfully sold and scaled multi-million dollar relationships with some of the largest OEMs, distributors and contractor organizations within the mechanical industry.
Responsibilities Include:
Achieving and exceeding annual sales quota
Successfully prospecting into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities
Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers
Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal resources
You will develop a robust qualified pipeline and be an expert at forecasting
Manage the sales process end-to-end, developing sales strategy, negotiating & closing business
Travel as required
Qualifications:
10+ years software & applications sales
Experience selling software solutions into Enterprise/Strategic prospects and customers in vertical SaaS with a complex technical product (Field Services / Construction / blue-collar industries a plus)
Experience in direct sales (partner/channel a plus)
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
Track record of over-achievement of quota and revenue goals in the Enterprise space
Proven ability to leverage and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and teams throughout the sales process
Proven ability to manage complex commercial processes.
