This high-volume outbound role requires engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward making informed purchasing decisions. The role offers high earning potential, with a compensation plan that allows top performers to make multiple six figures.</p><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Reporting Structure:</strong></h4><p dir="ltr">You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with other team members at 10X Stages.</p><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li>Drive outbound sales efforts to sell 3-5 workshop tickets daily.</li><li>Engage with potential clients through calls and emails, understanding their needs and presenting the value of our workshops.</li><li>Persuasively articulate product features and benefits, addressing any client concerns. </li><li>Close high-ticket sales with confidence and professionalism. </li><li>Maintain a strong belief in the value proposition of our products/services. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. </li><li>Effectively qualify leads and deliver compelling presentations. </li><li>Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities. </li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets consistently. </li><li> Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies. </li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul><li>Passion for sales and a strong desire for success.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. </li><li>Comfortable discussing financial aspects and proficient in closing sales. </li><li>Strong belief in the value of the products/services being sold. </li><li>Resilient with a mindset impervious to rejection. </li><li>Proficient in tactical sales skills, including, relationship building, lead generation, and consultative selling. </li><li>Ability to qualify leads effectively and deliver compelling presentations. </li><li>Experience with CRM systems. </li><li>Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li><li>Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. </li><li>Attend daily Sales SCRUMS at 8:30 AM MT/10:30 AM EST.</li><li>Ability to travel to workshops and onsite events as necessary and requested.</li><li>Ability to work weekends as necessary and requested. </li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></h4><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>At least two (2) years of sales closing experience. </li></ul><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Workshop Details:</strong></h4><p>The 10X Stages Workshop is a transformative 2-day live event led by Pete Vargas and Pat Quinn, designed to help individuals and businesses leverage speaking opportunities to drive growth.
