<p>We are recruiting for an experienced and professional Paddle Facility General Manager for a Dubai-based padel sport venue.</p><p><br>The facility aims to make a remarkable impact on the padel community of UAE. It is an ultimate padel facility that offers state-of-the-art courts that are available for booking. In addition to a padel academy that offers padel coaching for both experienced and new padel players of all ages, it also regularly holds and organizes padel tournaments and events.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Package<strong><strong>:</strong></strong></strong><br></p><p>- Tax-free monthly salary: up to 40 000 AED (Negotiable for the right candidate)</p><p>- Performance-based bonus</p><p>- Medical Insurance</p><p>- Visa</p><p>- Annual flights</p><p>- 30 days paid annual leave</p><p>- Uniform</p><p><br></p><p><strong><strong></strong></strong><strong><strong>Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></strong><br></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.<br></p><p>- Minimum of 8-12 years of previous experience</p><p>- Proven experience in a SENIOR management role, preferably within the sports, fitness, or hospitality industry </p><p>- UAE/GCC experience</p><p>- Strong understanding and passion for Padel and the sports industry</p><p>- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p><p>- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting</p><p>- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making</p><p>-Proficiency in management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems</p><p>- Flexibility to travel to various club locations as per management request<br> </p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the performance and growth of all clubs.</p><p>- Oversee daily operations of each club, ensuring consistency in service quality and member experience.</p><p>- Manage and mentor club managers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.</p><p>- Monitor financial performance of each club, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p><p>- Implement and enforce corporate policies, procedures, and standards across all clubs.</p><p>- Drive member engagement and retention through innovative programs, events, and services.</p><p>- Ensure clubs maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.</p><p>- Foster strong relationships with members, staff, vendors, and community partners.</p><p>- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</p><p>- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and retain existing ones.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.</p><p>- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on club performance, initiatives, and issues.</p><p>- Lead efforts to open new club locations, including site selection, staffing, and launch activities. <br></p><ul></ul> •
