About Us:

Elevage is the marriage of Rosenthal Wine Merchant, The Rare Wine Co., Diamond Wine Importers, and a select few Domestic wineries.


Position Overview:

As the Elevage Portfolio Manager - Wine Sales, you will be the in-house expert on our distinguished wine portfolios. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our suppliers and the Elevage Sales Team, directly reporting to the Elevage General Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, marketing, sales execution, and supply management to achieve financial objectives for Elevage and our suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Planning and Target Creation: Develop and implement sales plans to meet supplier targets and company expectations, and track performance.


Marketing: Design and execute promotional programs and create supplier-specific content, collaborating with the VVG marketing team.


Pricing: Set and maintain accurate pricing, review sales transactions monthly, and negotiate allowances with suppliers.


Allocation Management & Core Item Maintenance: Manage allocated items, monitor core wine sell-through, and ensure appropriate inventory levels.


Strategy & Management: Stay informed about market trends, evaluate new suppliers, and collaborate with the General Manager on sales strategies and meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in wine portfolio management or a related field.

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of wine market trends and customer preferences.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proficiency in marketing and promotional activities within the wine industry.

Salary Range:
  • $120,000-150,000
