JOB DESCRIPTION
Here are some descriptors that describe the open position:
Employee rate = up to ***/hr, based upon experience
3-11pm (2nd shift)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Reliable personal transportation to/from our facility in Milwaukee, WI (near Brown Deer)
History of excellent attendance including start times and no missed days.
Prior assembly and packaging experience in the medical field
Prior cleanroom gowning experience
Proven track record working in a team environment
2nd shift position (3pm-11pm)
Ideally train for first 1-4 weeks on 1st shift for enhanced training
Candidate will perform cleanroom sterile packaging. Responsibilities include the following:
Prior visual inspection experience using Tappi charts and calipers
Visual inspection of sterile sealing pouch
Basic assembly of sterile pouch into a box
Medical labeling of box using adhesive labels
Operate shrink wrapping machine
General data entry into computer system for closing work orders and entering quantities
Dipping implants into an isopropyl alcohol bath for a set amount of time.
Drying off the implants with compressed air.
Visual inspection of implants for surface defects (water spots, debris, discoloration).
Packaging of spinal implants into sterile packaging.
Operating a sealing machine to seal the implants into pouches or plastic containers.
Understand GDP (Good documentation practices)
Good handwriting and ability to follow printed routers and fill out information correctly.
Cleanroom inspection and packaging
