We’re looking to hire a full-time, experienced, and customer-focused Roof Repair Coordinator to join our growing team. The expectation is that the Roof Repair Coordinator will lead by example with all of Janney Roofing’s core principles of Quality, Honesty, Integrity, and Generosity. Our team is composed of members from all walks of life, enhancing how we incorporate and cultivate quality work.
 
Position Overview:
 
The Roof Repair Coordinator is responsible for fielding incoming roof repair calls, understanding the repair and timing requirements, coordinating the repair schedule, and communicating all pertinent information to Janney repair crews.  They report directly to the Service Department Manager and are responsible for ensuring all roofing repair meet customers' expectations, manufacturer's specifications, and building codes. 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide timely, customer-focused communication with staff members, repair crews, and homeowners through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers/ homeowners
  • Successfully de-escalated complex customer/homeowner complaints, exceeding customer/homeowner expectations and retaining their business.
  • Proactively identified and implemented process improvements to streamline customer service operations. 

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused professional with 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, skilled in resolving complex inquiries and building positive relationships with homeowners.
  • Strong communication, active listening, conflict resolution, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets, with strong documentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Attention to detail

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
Work Location: Mainly in Orlando, FL.
