Then you’re in the right place.<br></p><h5>What's the Mission?</h5><p><em>To support the Product Development of our jewellery collections; through a truly creative approach, with innovation and cross-functional collaboration at the forefront, strong attention to detail and confident management of our critical path.</em></p><p><strong></strong><strong><strong>What does success look like?</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Design and Product Development team to support development of product ranges that reflect our brand’s handwriting.</li><li>Contribute to all stages of the product development process; from initial trend research, to CAD & wax reviews, through to final sample approval.</li><li>Effectively manage the critical path to ensure that all key sampling deadlines are met, escalating concerns to your channel lead when required.</li><li>Manage and organise first look, final approval and brand samples in collaboration with PD Admin Assistant.</li><li>Develop supplier relationships, leading with clear and consistent communication in order to keep timelines and expectations aligned throughout the development process.</li><li>Support with preparation of meeting packs & documentation of meeting actions.</li><li>Accurately input data into Range Plan and all relevant systems.</li><li>Raise POs for distribution to suppliers and action any order amendments under direction from PD & Merchandising team.</li><li>Collaborate throughout the Quality Control process to ensure A&M standards are adhered to.</li><li>Present in Trade meetings with understanding of trading metrics.</li><li>Regularly visit stores and lead effective information sharing cross-functionally.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with our Merchandising team, supporting throughout the ranging and buy planning process.</li><li>Be responsible for product styling for photoshoots, collaborating with our Creative Content team to deliver imagery which reflects our brand vision & identity, and clearly communicates product intentions.</li><li>Provide support, feedback and coaching for the PD Admin Assistant.</li></ul><p><strong>What would you like from me?</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years experience as an Assistant PD or Assistant Buyer.</li><li>You show passion and enthusiasm for the Astrid and Miyu brand and what we represent.</li><li>You’re a strong communicator, skilled in building & cultivating relationships both internally and externally.</li><li>You are driven to learn & grow; lead with curiosity and flexibility, are open to constructive feedback and confident to challenge our approach when necessary.</li><li>Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Experience with Jewellery is a plus, but not essential.</li></ul><h5>What we do for you:</h5><ul><ul><li>£30,000 - £32,000 salary.</li><li>A chance to be part of something big & growing, and to make a real impact on people's journeys.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative team that's always ready to cheer you on.</li><li>Opportunities to grow, learn, and stretch yourself in ways you never thought possible.</li><li>Flexibility to be your authentic self and bring your unique talents to the table.</li><li>Product Allowance + Friends & Family Discount.<br></li><li>Hybrid and flexible working plus summer hours.</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays + loyalty accrual + Buy/Sell options.</li><li>Lunch clubs & Socials.</li><li>Personal Financial Coaching.</li><li>Allowance toward your work from home set up.</li><li>Sabbatical after 3 years service.</li><li>Increased parental leave after 2 years service.</li></ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><em>We have lots of little extras but we really believe the best part about working for us is being surrounded by people that share our passion for our mission and values, and having the freedom to be fully empowered to flourish and be your best self.</em> </p> •
