Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Data Science and 2 years of experience performing data analytics to identify direct-to-consumer digital marketing solutions. Experience must include: Developing machine learning algorithms that enable data-driven insights and predictive analytics that enhance decision-making processes and uncover valuable patterns within large datasets. Analyzing, manipulating, and/or processing large sets of data using statistical analysis software and BI tools (i.e: Snowflake SQL, Python, Looker). Experimentation design and A/B test measurement. Creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Looker Tableau, or PowerBI.
Job Duties:
Perform data analytics to identify direct-to-consumer digital marketing solutions.
Write new functions or applications in programming languages to conduct analyses.
Develop machine learning algorithms that enable data-driven insights and predictive analytics that enhance decision-making processes and uncover valuable patterns within large datasets.
Define opportunities for channel optimization, customer segmentation, lead targeting, and real-time interactions by providing management with valuable insight into customer's preferences and behaviors.
Build scalable methodology and tools to accelerate development of our data and analytics practice.
Apply feature selection algorithms to models predicting outcomes of interest, such as new customers, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value.
Identify solutions to business problems, such as, marketing spend allocation, new customer acquisition projection, and customer lifetime value prediction, using the results of data analysis. Analyze, manipulate, and/or process large sets of data using statistical analysis software and BI tools (i.e: Snowflake SQL, Python, Looker). Apply sampling techniques to determine groups to be surveyed or use complete enumeration methods. Experimentation design and A/B test measurement.
Compare models using statistical performance metrics, such as loss functions or proportion of explained variance. Develop analytics roadmaps to enable cross-functional partners to achieve desired business goals through analyzing trend data and providing forecast.
Define opportunities for channel optimization, customer segmentation, lead targeting, and real-time interactions by providing management with valuable insight into customer's preferences and behaviors.
Create executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Looker Tableau, or PowerBI that empower self-service, data-driven decision making.
Build data products and dashboards to empower data-driven decision making across the organization.
Create graphs, charts, or other visualizations to convey the results of data analysis using specialized software.
Work with our technology partners to ensure high-quality, usable data are captured to support reliable business analytics. Deliver oral or written presentations of the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other end users.
