Role Description:

We have multiple fully remote, work-from-home projects with firms across the United States. Our clients are seeking TAS professionals with experience and interest in the following areas of accounting:

• Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
• Quality of Earnings Analysis
• Post-merger integrations
• Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
• M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Taxes

Required experience:

• Previous experience in Transaction Services (TAS), including buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence.
• QofE (Quality of Earnings) experience preferred.
  

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience (Required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
