As an Operations Analyst (DM / Collections), you will oversee designated tasks related to Denial Management and Collections for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of denied claims and efficient reimbursement of receivables. You will collaborate directly with payers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to address denials and optimize collections processes. This role operates under moderate supervision.

Prerequisites:

• Previous experience in Collections and Denial Management functions is mandatory.
• Minimum completion of a Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• A “customer first” attitude and a thirst to learn.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in complex operation challenges.
• Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. (Night Shift : 7.30 pm to 4.30 am - Sri Lankan Time)
