As our Marketing Operations Manager you’ll be central to that goal while bringing your hands-on skills and expertise in Marketo and related MarTech to champion our global marketing data architecture and strategy. What you will be responsible for:

• Supports adoption and consistent use of Agile techniques, tools, and standard practices to deliver high-quality, priority work; improve transparency; enhance collaboration; and increase efficiency.
• Facilitates Agile events, including standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint planning and reviews. Uses Scrum technique to visualize & manage the work, identify impediments, maintain WIP limits, and ensures the flow of work through the process.
• Partners with Marketing Owners and other team members to drive improvement using a data-driven approach focused on experimentation and ensures teams are actively seeking out opportunities for improvement through retrospectives & sprint planning.
• Manages the Agile boards to ensure tasks are up to date in project management tool, Monday, is working well. 
• Understands team(s) capacity by tracking metrics that enable predictability and creates conditions for the team to effectively plan and deliver.
• Coaches, mentors and trains team members on Agile practices, processes, and behaviors while remaining flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve workflow; actively communicates learnings with Global Marketing team.
• Assist with creation of dashboards, campaign reporting, monitoring campaign success.  
• Provides back up support to Marketing Automation Manager

Required Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Administration, or a related area.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing operations and marketing automation experience.
• Proven experience with Monday, Jira, Marketo, Agile, managing data, list imports, API integrations, lead scoring, segmentation, etc. Marketo, Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and integrations to ensure data is flowing correctly.
• Strong process & analytical mindset; detail-oriented and passionate about working with a fast-growing, global marketing team.
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) in the operational sense.
