Revenue Operations Specialist

We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team and support our commercial processes.

In this entry level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by working with our experienced Revenue Operations professionals. You will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks related to the commercial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of our core systems.

More specifically your respoibilities will include:

Deal Processing:

• Ensure accuracy of deal processing procedures.
• Verify invoices, quotes, and other deal-related documents to prevent any negative impact on customers' experience.

Operational Support:

• Support the Revenue Operations Team in day-to-day operational tasks related to commercial processes.

Tool Support:

• Oversee and provide assistance with the management and support of the CRM tool and other systems.
• Ensure optimal functionality and effectively resolve any arising issues.

Data Management:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data quality checks and updates.

System Implementation and Maintenance:

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of core systems, such as CRM and sales tools.

Documentation and Training:

• Assist with the creation of documentation and training materials for internal users.

Process Enhancement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Sales and Finance) to discover areas for process enhancement and offer suggestions.

Project Support:

• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

This is a GR-based role. The working schedule for this job will be from 14:00 to 22:00, and you'll be working from home.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus points for:

• Prior experience in revenue operations or a related field
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Basic understanding of business processes and operations
