Lead Business Process and Scheduling Analyst

• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project lifecycle stages and objectives.
• Implement a Configuration Management plan to track and manage system changes, maintaining a documented history of architecture, hardware, and software adjustments.
• Utilize project management tools such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis to monitor project progress and identify variances.
• Collect, analyze, and report project performance data and metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clear interpretation of stakeholder needs and project updates.
• Contribute to new business proposals by recommending scheduling methodologies and developing IMP/IMS strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or related tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundational knowledge of program management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt).
• Familiarity with aerospace hardware design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Schedule Health Analysis tools, Schedule Risk Assessment tools, and EVMS guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create visual metrics and dashboards.
• Proficiency in facilitating resource leveling and resolving critical path conflicts.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
