Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely controlling various machines and equipment involved in production and packaging. You will ensure that machines work at capacity without issues and are properly maintained according to company and regulatory requirements. Machine operators play a key role in producing products that meet company standards. Additionally, you will work to package products with accuracy and consistency, while maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards.

About you:

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet production schedules, producing the required quantity within established specifications.
• Attentive to detail, able to thoroughly inspect equipment prior to use.
• Excellent problem solver, able to act quickly when problems arise.
• Notice errors and can maintain logs and records of rejected or discarded products.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
• Willing and able to quickly and thoroughly learn production equipment.
• Work well in a team.
• Extremely good at following directions, both written and verbal.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of working on your feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping, including packaging.
