- You take a person-centered approach to your coaching, rather than problem-focused.
- You are comfortable coaching around mental and emotional barriers.
- You are independent, experienced using technology to connect with clients, and open to learning and using new content.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based coaching sessions via video.
- Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor quantitative improvement
- Regularly attend peer group consultation meetings
- Access and participate to continued coach development trainings
- Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards
Requirements
- Graduated from a comprehensive Level 1 or Level 2 coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC)
- Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduation
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Resides and works in Switzerland for at least 9 months of the year
