Our products are based on unique battery-free, patented technologies, and we are now seeking an experienced <strong>Product Manager </strong>to develop and maintain our <strong>DIN/Euro Profile</strong> product portfolio to meet our ambitious growth targets. A convenient location for the job is in Central Europe. </p><p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p><p>As our Product Manager, your responsibility is focused on three main topics: </p><p><strong>Commercial </strong></p><ul><li>Supporting effective sales and marketing development together with sales, marketing &amp; service (i.e., value proposition, events and fairs, brochures, specification, technical documentation, training material, product content, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Contributing to product launches and market introductions with marketing and sales </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting sales team in executing growth and Go to Market plans within targeted segments through partner engagement, new business opportunities and customer interaction </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting local sales in business opportunities including customer interaction</li></ul><p><strong>Financial</strong> </p><ul><li>Developing target market product pricing and positioning based on business and customer impact </li></ul><ul><li>Supporting financial position of product portfolio through revenue, cost and margin management </li></ul><ul><li>Sharing and communicating the product life-cycle journey in respective market areas</li></ul><p><strong>Technical</strong> </p><ul><li>Developing and maintain DIN/Euro Profile product portfolio for target segments ensuring time-to-market, product quality and features </li></ul><ul><li>New product introduction and trainings for sales</li></ul><p><strong>What </strong><strong>you’ll bring</strong></p><p>We feel the best match for this role will be a candidate with strong experience of locking and digital access management products and their applications. You also have a passion to support sales and customers and motivate people through good leadership and personal commitment. This position also requires excellent communication and organizational capabilities. </p><p>We are looking for a Product Manager with following qualifications: </p><ul><li>Appropriate engineering degree or similar </li></ul><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in product portfolio development and management or related function i.e., technical management/support, R&amp;D, operations, marketing, or sales </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of locking and digital access management products and their applications </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and preferably in German, other language skills are an asset </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
