Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Admin to join our team. This role will support our clients/partners in e-commerce industry especially in managing orders, handling customer inquiries, overseeing inventory, and supporting various marketing activities. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating both administrative and marketing skills
Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Manage Shopify orders promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
Inventory Management
- Update inventory via CSV weekly and daily during high sales periods
- Create product listings for new arrivals
- Coordinate with the warehouse to maintain accurate website inventory
Marketing and Analytics
- Monitor social media analytics and advertising
- Track product reviews and website traffic
- Refresh the website storefront weekly with new banners, promotions, and arrivals
- Collaborate with the design department to plan for new deliveries'
Support functions:
- Basic design and content creation.
Requirements
- Entry to mid-level experience with Shopify
- Experience in e-commerce and the fashion industry, or a strong interest in fashion
- Proficient in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Retail experience is a plus
- Experience in basic Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is a plus (you may provide sample works, if available)
- Experience in digital and email marketing, and copywriting is a plus (you may provide sample works, if available)
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks within specified time frames.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
