*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose headquarters or San Francisco offices 4 days per week. Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for leading our growth efforts across our prospects, customers, and product portfolio: identifying growth opportunities, optimizing our marketing funnels, and scaling our user base.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and results-oriented, will have a deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, a passion for experimentation, and a knack for leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your focus will especially be on Outbound.
- Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze experiments across channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, outbound) to identify the most effective growth tactics.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the marketing and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates at every stage. Take lead and customer scoring to the next level.
- Data: Use analytics tools to track and report on key growth metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Harness the power of our internal data, and develop a robust external data set to fuel signals and intelligence.
- User Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through paid and organic channels, including PPC, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.
- Retention & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform growth strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, partnerships marketing & business development, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years+ of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with AI/ML driven customer data scoring.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools + SQL (Python a plus).
- Experience with performance marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, Email, Social, Outbound.
- Experience with customer journey and outbound marketing design.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to growth challenges.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $146,000 - $210,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
