Summary:
To support end-users and system infrastructures at all TRAM Group sites as it relates to Information Technology, more specifically related to business operations programs (ERP, plant floor, shipping and scanning operations). Provide systems analysis, programming, and documentation for systems and applications programs, and support of multi-facility operations. The complexity of tasks & programming projects assigned are at an advanced level.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to maintenance of ERP, shipping and scanning systems:
· Implementation of new ERP system
· Responsible for user applications
· Provide hands-on support and coordination for all TRAM Group locations
· Design, modify, test, debug and document systems
- Produce user-specified reports

· Design and develop interfaces between ERP and other business critical systems
· Ensure data integrity of manufacturing floor data collection system and associated systems
2. Provide IT support for development, programming, and department goals:
· Analyze operating systems, hardware configurations & applications programs
- Determine system capacity to meet current and projected user needs
· Develop, install and document application programs and supplemental systems software
- Improve system performance
- Increase system efficiency in meeting user input and output requirements
· Balance the pressing time demands of several projects with conflicting deadlines
· Promote teamwork and creative strategies/techniques within the IT department
3. Provide technical support for users:
· Diagnose and correct operating problems and provide user support for software programs
· Consult with end users to determine information processing needs of system users
· Maintain and update information systems documentation & user manuals
- Provide training for system users
· Analyze user needs & existing system capabilities
· Develop systems programming & enhancements to improve system efficient
