<p>We are seeking an <strong>Executive & Team Assistant</strong> to provide support to our two Vice Presidents, one leading our <strong>Children's Learning and Development </strong>team and the other our <strong>Learning through Play </strong>team. This role requires a proactive, highly organised, and dedicated professional to enhance the effectiveness of these key leaders within the LEGO Foundation. This role is anchored in our People Team, and will collaborate closely with our other Executive Assistant, contributing to cross organisational projects while playing a crucial role in supporting our VPs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Calendar and Scheduling:</strong> Manage the VPs calendar to optimise their time with a focus on prioritising strategic engagements.</li><li><strong>Meeting and Event Coordination:</strong> Serve as the central liaison for all administrative activities related to leadership team meetings, including the preparation of materials, coordination, and seamless execution of events.</li><li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong> Provide administrative assistance encompassing project support, document preparation, drafting correspondence, managing contact lists, arranging travel, and completing expense reports.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for the VPs, handling inquiries and issues with discretion, and maintaining confidentiality across all communications.</li><li><strong>Collaboration and Communication:</strong> Work closely with the VPs to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, coordinate outreach activities, and maintain stakeholder relationships.</li><li><strong>Event Preparation:</strong> Proactively prepare for meetings and events, ensuring the VPs are well-prepared and supported throughout.</li><li><strong>Cross organisational projects:</strong> LEGO Foundation culture activities, LEGO Foundation Days, celebrations etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional Acumen:</strong> You have a proven track record of managing complex administrative tasks and providing support to senior leadership.</li><li><strong>Exceptional Organisational Skills:</strong> Your ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment sets you apart.</li><li><strong>Discretion and Confidentiality:</strong> You handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting and refining outreach communications.</li><li><strong>Service-Oriented:</strong> A positive, can-do attitude and high level of service orientation are essential.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> This position offers the chance to be at the heart of the LEGO Foundation's efforts to shape educational and developmental experiences for children worldwide.
