Partnering with our PR agency and internal teams, you’ll boost brand visibility and establish TestGorilla as the leading authority in skills-based hiring—making sure everyone knows our name!</p><p>  </p><h3>You’ll spend time on the following</h3><ul><li><strong>Media relations</strong>:<ul><li>Take full ownership of collaborations with our PR agency to secure high-impact press coverage in relevant media outlets</li><li>Secure and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders in HR and recruitment</li><li>Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when needed</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Content creation</strong>:<ul><li dir="ltr">Develop and refine press releases, thought leadership pieces, and company announcements</li><li dir="ltr">Create and execute speaking, podcast, and media engagement.</li><li dir="ltr">Prep senior stakeholders for events, PR features, and interviews</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Communications strategy</strong>:<ul><li dir="ltr">Design and execute external communications plans to support key launches, company milestones, and key initiatives</li><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with our social media team to amplify PR coverage through our social channels</li><li dir="ltr">Champion of our internal marketing communications to keep our global team informed and inspired</li><li dir="ltr">Lead on reputation management communications, ensuring swift and suitable reactive messages when required</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Brand consistency</strong>:<ul><li dir="ltr">Work with the Content and Design teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.</li><li dir="ltr">Support the development of messaging frameworks for new campaigns and products </li></ul></li></ul><ul> </ul><p><br></p><h3>Here’s what we’re looking for</h3><ul></ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><strong>Aligned with our mission and values</strong>: You are inspired by our vision to put one billion people in dream jobs.<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Experienced</strong>:<ul><li dir="ltr">You have a proven track record in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech workplace</li><li dir="ltr">You are comfortable working with PR agencies to drive measurable results. You understand how to measure ROI of PR activity.</li><li dir="ltr">You are an outstanding communicator, with a keen eye for detail. Your written and verbal communication is impeccable. Perhaps this goes without saying!<ul></ul></li></ul></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Strategic thinker</strong>: You love to design and execute impactful communication strategies, raising the bar with your creativity and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Storyteller</strong>: You’re skilled in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, we have over 10,000 customers across the globe<br></li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Organized</strong>: You are entirely comfortable to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.</li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Flexible and proactive</strong>: Thrives in a remote, asynchronous work culture with a can-do attitude</li></ul><p>  </p><h3>Bonus points if …</h3><ul><li>You have experience in HR tech or SaaS startups.</li><li>You’ve managed global communications for a fast-growing company.</li><li>You have existing relationships with media outlets in the HR or tech industry, particularly EMEA and the US</li><li>You’re skilled at leveraging data and insights to shape narratives.</li><li>You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup</li></ul><p> <br></p><h3>Interested?</h3><p>Here at TestGorilla, we do as we say.
