Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Midsize & Enterprise sector

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Onboarding and Training: Support the onboarding of new partners by providing comprehensive training on our Intelligent Document Processing solutions. Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives. Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and co-branded activities to boost partner engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate partner performance. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve partner productivity and drive mutual growth.
  • Market Research: Identify and research potential new partners and emerging market opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically grow our partner network.
  • Sales Support: Assist partners throughout the sales process by providing necessary resources, product information, and technical support. Help navigate complex sales cycles to close deals efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Expectations

Must

  • Experience and network in the capture industry
  • Very quick comprehension, fast, accurate and eloquent communicator
  • High work ethics
  • Be able to work fast and accurately under all sorts of pressure
  • Fluent in English and German
  • CRM directed, disciplined work-style
  • Clean criminal record
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results

Advantage

  • Experience in HubSpot
  • Fluent in French
  • Experience in selling to regulated companies such as banks and insurance companies
  • Understanding Enterprise Software Cloud Products and its dynamics
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS business development
