Title: MRO Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract

Duration: 10 weeks (with possible extension)

Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience is required in SAP Plant Maintenance(MRO) and knowledge of iMRO Module
• Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams
• Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solution to changing business requirements
• Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance and component repair activities
• Configure SAP MRO (PM) & iMRO module and other tools based on business requirements.
• Working knowledge on Integration process for S4 HANA with 3 ^rd Party systems.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications
• Must have team lead experience, ability to "hit the ground running" and multi-task in a complex environment and run workshops.
• Perform work in a virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications :

• Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD, MM, PP, and PM required
• Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial aircraft industry
• Familiarity with Activate methodology for SAP/ERP application implementation
• Excellent leadership characteristics
• Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization
