Description Onsite position Enterprise Content Management - Review user generated content in a single review tool and translate according to policy. Expected to provide quality assurance and improve machine classifiers to ensure safety of the platform for all audience and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and Native English
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional translator role or related experience
Must have advanced language skills to translate from Portuguese to English
Ability to work holidays and weekends, including rotating shifts
Previous content moderation experience is a plus

Responsibilities: As a Content Translator, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing content videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system
Professionally translate content that is reported for account support and/or safety; and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy
Maintain highest standard of quality while interpreting the content
You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society
Serve as an advocate for the user community
Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity
Should be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
