Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus product Sales
How do our Sales Agents Drive Impact?
- Greet customers, prepare the rental agreement, provide customers with maps and other information needed
- Offer optional products and services to the customer according to his/her needs
- Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards
- Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet
- Complete deliveries and pickups of vehicles to and from corporate accounts
- Maintain cleanliness in the office area
- Complete daily lists and report to the Manager
- May be required to cover Kiosk responsibilities as needed
- Company provided uniform to be worn at all times
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when entering a service area
- Must wear slip resistant footwear in service areas (when applicable)
