Specific qualifications for this position include:

3+ years of experience in a customer and technical support role required
1+ years of programming experience with Java required
Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, small company environment
Proven ability gathering customer requirements and translating into new products or product features
Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Version control experience (e.g. Subversion, Perforce, Clearcase) a plus
Experience with Active Directory and LDAP configuration a plus
Experience with Databases (MySQL, MSSQL Server, Oracle) a plus
Experience with help desk ticketing system required, experience with FogBugz a plus
