We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company we’re already one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups 🚀 So, fancy coming along for the ride?😃</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">We’re now looking for a Creative Lead to join our in-house creative team. We’re looking for someone who has cut their teeth with some brilliantly creative brands or agencies, with a strong background in idea generation, art direction and design.</p><p dir="ltr">As Creative Lead at Wild, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brand. You’ll work closely with the wider brand and marketing team, performance team &amp; product team. An attitude to push yourself to succeed in a multi faceted role within an often fast paced and highly creative environment is a must.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>🫡</strong>What you will do:</p><p dir="ltr">Reporting into the Head of Creative, your main focuses will be:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Creative ideation - you’ll translate briefs into effective creative ideas, inspiring the team with innovative ideas for paid social, CRM, campaign aesthetics and brand awareness projects which deliver a bold and impactful message</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Innovative and on brand design work across a plethora of platforms; paid/organic social, CRM, OOH, offline retail media</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage, lead and inspire the design team across digital and print collateral</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Art direction across brand, design and photography to ensure our content lives up to our bold and engaging aesthetic</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Development of our retail and DTC packaging to ensure our customer experience is consistent with our bold aesthetic, whilst informative enough to communicate our products</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design for our physical products, analysing current trends and outputting them into product case designs</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Creative strategy - alongside our Head of Creative you’ll bring a data lead approach to new product and new market growth</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>🚀 What we need from you:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who may not hit every single bullet point on the lists below - if you’re passionate about our mission and feel you have relevant skills and experiences to add value to this role, please submit an application!</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">7+ years of experience within a creative team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A strong ability to translate briefs into effective, bold, creative ideas</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Thorough experience with design for a range of channels and formats including packaging, CRM, paid/organic social, print media, OOH</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Thorough experience within art direction</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in managing and mentoring, to develop the careers of our design team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A proactive, collaborative, can-do attitude with a strong and determined work ethic</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Expertise within the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, plus ideally Figma</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Rock solid organisational skills to ensure the teams briefs are hit on time, within an often face paced and reactive environment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A guardian of the tiniest of details</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>🙌What you’ll get from us:</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">4% Company Pension </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Mental wellbeing support through Spill</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Private healthcare through Vitality</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Weekly early finishes and social events</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Annual L&amp;D budget </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Free breakfast</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Free &amp; discounted Wild products</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">A role at a young but well-established brand making a considerable splash in sustainable self-care.</p><p dir="ltr">Ready to become a Wild thing?!</p><p dir="ltr"><em>At Wild, we know that diversity drives innovation and creativity.
