We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Enabler Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to educate developers about our technology features, APIs, and SDKs. The Community Enabler Manager will organize workshops and events, create educational content, and support developers in building solutions on top of our platform. The
the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering the developer community.
Responsibilities:
1. Developer Education:
- Educate developers on our tech features, APIs, and SDKs through various channels including webinars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and sample code to assist developers in understanding and utilizing our technology.
2. Content Creation:
- Write high-quality content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight the use of our technology.
- Produce video tutorials, demos, and other multimedia content to engage and inform the developer community.
3. Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute developer workshops, hackathons, meetups, and other events to promote our technology and engage with developers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and developer events.
4. Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the developer community, responding to their queries and gathering feedback to improve our offerings.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the community, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and improvements.
- Provide feedback from developers to internal teams to guide product development and enhancements.
6. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and support the developer community.
- Identify key metrics to measure the effectiveness of educational initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Developer Relations, Developer Advocate, or Technical Evangelist.
- Proven experience in creating technical content and organizing developer events.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and open-source technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and developer tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
