We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in SAP development to join our team. This role is crucial for the company because it ensures the effective development, optimization, and integration of SAP systems, which are at the core of the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of Solutions: Creating, testing, and deploying new functionalities in the SAP system in alignment with business requirements.
Performance Optimization: Analyzing and improving existing solutions to ensure efficiency and performance.
Team Leadership: Coordinating the work of the development team, task distribution, and oversight of task completion.
Documentation: Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions.
System Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems.
User Support: Providing technical support and consulting for system users.
Implementation of Best Practices: Ensuring adherence to best development practices and the introduction of innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ABAP, including object-oriented programming and leveraging modern features of SAP NetWeaver 7.4+. Familiarity (as a developer) with key S/4HANA modules: PP (PP/DS), MM, SD, HCM, FI-CO, FI-AA, FM, QM, EWM, or some of them. Basic knowledge of SAP Basis: application server processes, tracing tools, logging, authorization system, load analysis and optimization, lock system, database update system. Understanding and adherence to basic application architecture schemes (MVC, etc.), including in ABAP developments. Knowledge and ability to configure tools for program code control. Familiarity with the SAP transport system and its specifics.
Programming Language Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ABAP (new syntax). Basic knowledge of UI5 and Fiori. Understanding of the "clean core" concept and its practical application. Awareness of IT security requirements for development and transport processes.
Database Management: Proficient in SQL and CDS, with experience in query optimization and handling large data volumes. Understanding of the interaction between application servers and the database server, as well as typical issues/errors that may arise. Familiarity with the specifics of the SAP HANA database.
SAP S/4HANA Functionality Extension: Understanding (and preferably practical experience) of modern extension practices: BTP services (focused on automation and processes), RAP/CAP development models, and classification of S/4HANA services in terms of their applicability for extensions. Knowledge of the modification assistant.
Form Development: Proficiency in creating forms using Adobe Forms or Smart Forms.
Integration Expertise: Familiarity (preferably practical) with qRFC, AIF, ABAP Messaging Channel, and Integration Suite (BTP). Understanding of architectural approaches to integration (synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven).
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team of developers, mentoring, and project coordination.
English Proficiency: Level B1-B2 or higher for communication with international teams and preparation of technical documentation.
