The right person will have an extensive background in field service and product installations. What will your role involve?
- Liaise closely with our commercial team to understand new opportunities
- Analyse data to plan and forecast requirements for new and existing business.
- Project lead on installation and ongoing maintenance of Sharpsmart’s services.
- Manage stock management cases through cause, effect, analysis methods.
- On-site logisticsincluding scheduling, planning and training.
- Analyse and complete stock optimisation to improve contract efficiencies.
- Provide customer familiarisation and handover training of contracts.
- Provide on-site and remote customer support for routine maintenance of services and future customer requirements.
- Work closely with our operational teams to ensure accuracy and smooth customer journey
- Complete in person customer “walks” and assess types of services required and upsell opportunities
Who are we looking for?
- Self-motivated to problem-solve and leverage a team to drive resolutions for a customer
- 2+ years experience within a similar environment
- Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize, no two days are the same!
- Customer focus mind-set with project management skills
- Ability to be hands on with basic hand tools for site installations
- Intermediate to Advanced computing skills (Microsoft office etc.)
- Driving license & willing to travel
- Physically able to lift/push/pull wheeled transporters
- Comfortable with working in and around hospital personnel, sensitive medical equipment, and patients.
