Sharpsmart has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working team player eager to take advantage of a hands-on approach. The right person will have an extensive background in field service and product installations. In this evolving environment, have an immediate impact on those around you, develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment with growth and development opportunities across the business. 

What will your role involve?

  • Liaise closely with our commercial team to understand new opportunities 
  • Analyse data to plan and forecast requirements for new and existing business. 
  • Project lead on installation and ongoing maintenance of Sharpsmart’s services. 
  • Manage stock management cases through cause, effect, analysis methods. 
  • On-site logisticsincluding scheduling, planning and training. 
  • Analyse and complete stock optimisation to improve contract efficiencies. 
  • Provide customer familiarisation and handover training of contracts. 
  • Provide on-site and remote customer support for routine maintenance of services and future customer requirements. 
  • Work closely with our operational teams to ensure accuracy and smooth customer journey 
  • Complete in person customer “walks” and assess types of services required and upsell opportunities 

Who are we looking for?

  • Self-motivated to problem-solve and leverage a team to drive resolutions for a customer 
  • 2+ years experience within a similar environment  
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize, no two days are the same! 
  • Customer focus mind-set with project management skills
  • Ability to be hands on with basic hand tools for site installations 
  • Intermediate to Advanced computing skills (Microsoft office etc.) 
  • Driving license & willing to travel 
  • Physically able to lift/push/pull wheeled transporters  
  • Comfortable with working in and around hospital personnel, sensitive medical equipment, and patients.
