TRILITH PASSION KIDS + BLOOM LEADER

OBJECTIVE
Lead the Passion Kids + bloom team at Passion City Church // Trilith. Cultivate and develop staff and Door Holder teams who create atmospheres of faith, encouragement, belief, worship, and truth for the kids of Passion City Church at our Trilith location. Our desire is that our babies + kids would grow up to be a generation of worshippers who are marked by their love for Jesus and His Word and who desire to live their lives for His Fame.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the Passion Kids (PK) and bloom team at Trilith
- Provide leadership to ensure that all weekly tasks necessary to make PK + bloom happen with excellence each Sunday are done - including flipping and setting the environment, scheduling Door Holders, and communicating with Production team members
- Lead the oversight and shepherding of all PK + bloom Door Holders to ensure they are being led and cared for
- Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new PK + bloom Door Holders including helping develop and implement their training
- Create trusted relationships with parents and families by communicating with them consistently and intentionally with the goal of building a partnership by which we can point their kids towards Jesus
- Provide direction and vision while empowering the Trilith PK + bloom staff team to ensure growth and stewardship of the PK + bloom rooms of our House
- Work alongside the broader Atlanta PK + bloom team in all ways to accomplish the vision of the House, participating in all city-wide PK + bloom leader meetings
- Organize and assist with budgets, expense reports, invoices, and reporting through Concur system
- Provide vision for PK + bloom Door Holder team nights and up to date trainings

Monday-Thursday 9a-5p and all-day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of ministry experience
- Demonstrated skills in both verbal and written communications, public speaking and leading teams
