And it is how we’ll continue to build a safer, smarter and more connected mobility experience for all people.</p><p><strong>What you can expect </strong></p><ul><li>Define, create, implement, and continuously improve engineering methods and tools to reach engineering efficiency within a process compliant environment.</li><li>Achieve standardization of methods and tools throughout the entire company across all our product lines and global locations</li><li>Define implement and monitor KPIs for compliance with methods and tools. </li><li>Evaluate, select, and specify engineering tools to meet business needs.</li><li>Identify and realize Method and Tools related to best practices and improvements.</li><li>Consult, train and support Engineers to properly understand and leverage engineering methods and tools.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and projects to ensure seamless integration and practical usability of methods and tools.</li></ul><p> </p><ul></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (master’s preferred)</li><li>3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Automotive Hardware Engineering </li><li>Knowledge of relevant Automotive Engineering Processes, Methods, and Tools</li><li>Knowledge of industry best practices and standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, …)</li><li>Proficiency in relevant engineering tools for Hardware Engineering (Altium, Matlab, HyperLynx, OrCAD, PSpice Designer, Valor NPI and MSS, ANSYS Electronics)</li><li>Proven experience in the development, implementation, training and support of engineering methods and tools </li><li>Structured and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of English (speak & write)</li><li> Electrical and Electronics Engineering Expertise</li><li>Electrical and Electronics CAD Design (PCB, PCBA, etc.)</li><li>Mechanical - Electrical and Electronics integration</li><li>Process Improvement<br> </li></ul><p> </p><ul></ul><p><strong>What we offer </strong><br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Flexible working hours and remote work</li><li>Health programs, sports and team events</li><li>An extensive training program and exciting internal development opportunities</li><li>Meal allowance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Awareness.
