As a TA Lead within b_labs you will coordinate and drive all activities that are part of the candidate experience and owns the entire recruiting lifecycle. Starting with developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, networking and employer branding. you will guide the tech talents through the full recruiting process and gives them an exciting candidate experience. Eventually you will also take ownership of the overall employee experience and shapes learning and performance management, you will define policies to increase diversity and inclusion initiatives and increases employee engagement. as Senior Tech Recruiter you exhibit a hands-on mentality and have already gained professional experience within a fast-growing organization. As an integrative member of the b_labs team, you are actively contributing to the creation of a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values-driven, and diverse company culture across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for non-technical roles across the company.
  • Sourcing and candidate attraction: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate screening and qualification: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates for hiring managers.
  • Candidate experience management: Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
  • Offer negotiation and onboarding: Lead offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Recruitment analytics and reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Stay informed of industry trends: Maintain awareness of current market trends in recruitment practices, salary benchmarks, and non-technical talent pools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & in leading a team.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of non-technical recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a track record of establishing an employer brand within the (Egyptian) tech community
  • You have experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • You have proven knowledge in executing end to end recruitment cycle.
