We are now looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator Europe to support our team in executing exciting campaigns and driving our brand forward in the European markets. </p><p>Our culture is as joyful as our products, valuing creativity, collaboration, and a shared passion for spreading positivity. If you’re ready to bring your creative ideas to life and enjoy working in a vibrant, international setting, we’d love for you to join us on our journey to make the world a more colorful place, one sock at a time!</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Campaign Execution: Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the European markets (DACH, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Benelux, Baltics)</li><li>Content Management: Adapting and localizing campaign content (POS, newsletters, media &amp; social media) to meet the specific needs of each country</li><li>Coordination with Local Teams: Collaborating closely with regional marketing and sales teams, as well as external agencies, to adapt the global marketing strategy to local markets and implement it together with local contacts</li><li>Social Media &amp; Community Management: Working with the global social media team to develop and implement social media strategies, as well as community management in local markets</li><li>Event Coordination: Supporting the organization and execution of local events, pop-up stores, influencer &amp; brand ambassador collaborations, and trade shows</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance (e.g., trade marketing activities, social media KPIs) and creating regular reports to optimize future initiatives</li><li>Project Management: Assisting with the creation of promotional materials, planning timelines, and developing briefings in collaboration with local teams and the global creative team</li><li>Internal Team Interface: Working closely with the marketing, creative, e-commerce, design, and product teams to ensure that marketing activities align with company goals</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Degree or training in marketing, communication, or a related field</li><li>2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an international setting</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are an advantage</li><li>Experience in project management and coordinating campaigns across multiple countries</li><li>Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong understanding of trade and POS marketing, such as on-site brand activations to enhance the in-store customer experience</li><li>Interest in working with digital marketing channels like social media, paid media, and influencer marketing</li><li>Affinity for brands and fashion, along with creativity and a knack for engaging communication and content</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse cultures and teams</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>A dynamic and international work environment in a creative and fast-growing company</li><li>Your primary workplace will be our office in <strong>Munich</strong> or <strong>Stockholm </strong>(with the flexibility to work from various locations part of the time)</li><li>The opportunity to actively contribute to exciting projects and bring your own ideas to life</li><li>Flat hierarchies and a friendly team that works together to elevate the Happy Socks brand globally</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option to work partially remotely</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company</li><li>Employee discounts on all Happy Socks products and additional benefits</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong><br>Send your application, including your CV and cover letter, and become part of the Happy Socks family! </p><p>The start date for this position is set for the beginning of April 2025.</p><p>We look forward to hearing from you,<br>Happy Socks</p> •
