We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics to deliver actionable insights. Based in Hyderabad, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and data visualization to drive reporting excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure dashboards and analytics align with business needs, while also mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
- Create and manage datasets, lenses, recipes, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Work with local objects and Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and leverage customer data.
- Ensure dashboards are live or refreshed on a scheduled basis as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement best practices for data integration, visualization, and performanceoptimization.
- Write efficient SOQL/SQLqueries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for analytics solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing technical expertise and insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics and Data Cloud developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification (required).
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud, local objects, and recipe creation.
- Experience designing and customizing reports and dashboards with a focus on advanced features like filters, formulas, and scheduled refreshes.
- Proficiency in writing SOQL/SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work with large data sets and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering quality results on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce Core and technologies (e.g., Apex programming, Visualforce).
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Expertise in data visualization best practices.
