Join us as a Visual Merchandising Administrator in our central London based team. The role will be supporting the IRL VM team, to deliver efficient processes to improve department productivity. No day will be the same, with responsibilities spanning from raising PO’s and updating budget trackers to supporting with creative briefs and ensuring VM assets are distributed to external suppliers and instore teams.
This is an amazing opportunity for an established admin professional who has experience working within a global brand. This role is also perfect for someone who has a keen interest in VM and is looking to bridge their strong admin background with creativity.

And here’s what we are looking for from you:
- Experience in administration role.
- Experience in raising PO’s, updating budget trackers, usage of Excel along with finance administration.
- Strong organisation skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interest in visual merchandising and new store openings with a commercial understanding of the impact VM has to our customer & community.
- Experience in supporting the creation of asset briefs, order forms and keeping on top of project status.
- Experience working within a fast paced, high growth global brand.
- A collaborative team player, always going above and beyond, and offering support to others where needed.
- Ability to build long lasting, trusted relationships with all levels of the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
