Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in blending data analytics with strategic marketing execution at Flex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science and marketing, with extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search and social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insightful analysis on campaign performance, marketing funnel metrics, and business impact. Empower the team to use data to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Actively manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies. Ensure campaigns meet targeted ROI by analyzing performance and adjusting strategies accordingly. Work closely with the internal team to track success, manage budgets, and understand overall campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between marketing, analytics, and lead management teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of marketing strategies.
- Creative Development and A/B Testing: Oversee the creation of marketing creatives and conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements based on performance data. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by iterating on successful tactics and exploring new innovations in campaign delivery.
- Process Optimization: Streamline marketing processes through the integration of marketing technologies and tools. Ensure that marketing systems and workflows are aligned to business goals, maximizing efficiency and ROI.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and Criteo. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing objectives with broader company goals.
- Marketing Technology Knowledge: Collaborate with the MarTech team to evaluate, select, and manage marketing technology stacks that support the automation and scalability of marketing campaigns.
- Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing support to marketing team members on data analytics tools, paid advertising platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, data analysis, and digital advertising.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Sigma, Amplitude, and Google Analytics, and experience managing CRM systems like Iterable and HubSpot.
- Expertise in managing paid search and social media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects and manage multiple timelines effectively.
Compensation:
The national pay range for this role is $115,000-$130,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
*This is a required hybrid model position based in NYC (3x/week-in office)
