As a Product Manager, you'll partner closely with product design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to find and solve the most impactful customer problems and opportunities. You will be responsible for aligning on what outcomes will be the most beneficial to our customers and driving projects that help achieve those outcomes from idea to launch. We're a growing and nimble team, so you will be expected to help lead a highly autonomous team focused on web and mobile apps that aim to amplify the success of field sales teams.
Expectations for this Role:
- Perform research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our customers and identify their most pressing issues.
- Become a subject matter expert in the area of Roofing Field Sales Enablement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire customer journey and your role within it
- Define a product strategy that expands SalesRabbit's presence in the Roofing Industry by incorporating market research, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Define customer/business problems through the creation of epics and user stories
- Work alongside Product Design and Engineering to devise solutions to identified problems
- Meet daily as a leadership trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Engineering Team Lead) to ensure the team operates effectively and to address obstacles promptly
- Meet frequently as a leadership trio to plan upcoming work for the team, ensuring proper priority and goals are in place for the upcoming sprint
- Prioritize delivering outcomes and improving metrics, not just releasing features.

To be a great fit for this particular role, you should have:
- Experience in Roofing/Roofing technology
- 4+ years of experience in Saas companies as a Product Manager
- Understanding of Roofers' needs in the sales cycle
- Understanding of the pre-sale and sales process of insurance-based roofing
