Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, developing insights, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with major digital advertising platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating comprehensive reports, and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed reporting of client customer and marketing data
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards with paid marketing data, purchase data, and performance across studios and studio groups 
  • Report at a high level view of performance while also looking deeply inside individual accounts and campaigns to identify opportunities
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding digital analytics and paid social media
  • Deliver regular, proactive, actionable insights on channel and conversion performance
  • Build national ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital marketing platforms 
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting across digital ads platforms 
  • Perform audits on platform and studio performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for optimizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or relevant field (preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years of prior professional experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in building out digital marketing reports and dashboards with multiple ad platforms and third-party visualization tools
  • Expertise and experience within Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Google and Meta ads certifications preferred) 
  • Thorough understanding of SEM trends and tools
