Role: Net New Sales Representative
We are seeking a results-oriented and energetic Sales Representative with a proactive 'hunter' mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, a proven track record in selling professional services, and a passion for generating new business opportunities.
As a Net New Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for sourcing, generating, and selling new logo opportunities, leads, and deals. This is a 1099 100% commission-based role with a flexible schedule (U.S. hours). Success in this role can lead to a conversion to a W2 position with benefits and a base salary after 90-180 days of consistent success. You will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Your key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and Generating Leads:
Identify and source new logo opportunities.
Generate and cultivate leads to develop into successful deals.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strong relationships with Microsoft Account Executives and Field Sales Teams.
Consistently pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods.
Market Awareness and Feedback:
Stay updated on market trends and Microsoft’s evolving technology offerings.
Provide feedback to internal teams to refine our solutions and sales strategies.
Sales Process Contribution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on new business development.
Client Interaction and Needs Assessment:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Articulate the value of our solutions in addressing specific client pain points.
Technical Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with clients to gather detailed technical requirements.
Work closely with our technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive solutions are proposed.
