Eram Talent provides exceptional recruitment solutions to clients across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care.
The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in managing and implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Able to take charge of full HR operations related to the Saudi labor law.
- Expert in drafting letters in Arabic & English to internal and external entities relating to the HR operations.
- Has Full understanding of onboarding procedure.
- Has full understanding of payroll procedure
- Has full understanding of HR auditing procedure
- Expert in government portals relating to employment matters.
- Experienced in handling the visa process for expatriates
