Job Title: Oracle OIC and BPM Technical Lead

The Oracle Fusion L3 - OIC and BPM Technical - Engineer 4 - SME /lead resource provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions - Oracle Fusion L3 - OIC and BPM Technical - Engineer 4 - SME /lead role
- Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications
- Resolve functional and technical issues
- Be an active member within company's Oracle technology communities
Required Skills:
- Overall all 8 - 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion L3-OIC and BPM Technical- SME / Lead role
- Strong experience in Oracle Integration related technologies like, Oracle SOA Suite, SOACS, OICS, VBCS, PCS, Java, Javascript etc.
- 6+ years hands on technical experience with integration / middleware platform in iPaaS focused on either Oracle SOA Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OICS)
- Should be very strong architecting and design experience on Oracle FMW product based solutioning, including SOA Governance & Security
- Knowledge of Integration frameworks offered by Oracle SaaS applications
- At least one end to end cloud SaaS / PaaS implementation project
- Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, Oracle SaaS applications, etc. in the solution
- Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business process technical solutions across disparate system
- Should have good understanding of HDL & FBDI for interfacing with HCM & Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Should have good fundamentals on OCI Foundation and should have executed Integration project on OCI infrastructure as well.
- Should be able to provide solution on DevOps tools for CI/CD, on-prem & on-cloud.
- Should have experience in API Gateway / Apigee.
- Requires hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS), Oracle BPM 11g/ 12c Suite, and/or Oracle SOA Suite 11g/ 12c Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM).
- Experience in a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practice
- Provide deep technical expertise in Integration architecture design, solutions selection and implementation, and continuous technical improvement
- Should have been involved in Pre-Sales activities and provide comparative analysis on various products available in the Market for a given solution.
- Should be able to work with the team is resolving issues and guiding the team to successful delivery
- Would be required to interact with the Customer and provide them with OICS related solutions based on industry best practices
- working experience on Oracle Cloud Conversion(FBDI,HDL,ADFDi), Oracle Reports(BIP/OTBI), Oracle Integrations/Customizations(OICS,VBCS,PCS) on Oracle Fusion application minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Implementation experience
- Responsible for developing and maintaining skills on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Process, Application Integration, Visual Builder, and Insight Analytics, along with Oracle API Platform Cloud Service.
