About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on global technical roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-growth companies and possess strong drive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.  We are looking for an individual who is passionate about recruiting top talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge fraud prevention company

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and GTM positions, from sourcing, screening to offer negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process.
  • Implement systems and reports to measure and optimize Forter’s recruitment process. 

Who are you:

  • 4 years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience- a must.
  • Experience from global tech organization- a must.
  • Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms- a must.
  • Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure- a must.
  • Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using the Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the critical data points for the success of your hiring teams.
